I found a Love Everywhere card, what do I do with it?

Hurray! Finding a Love Everywhere card is sort of like finding a golden ticket. We encourage you to keep the card, and when you no longer need it, pay it forward! Hide it in plain sight somewhere else for another person to discover and add a little sunshine to their day. We’d also love to hear about what finding a Love Everywhere card meant to you. What is your shipping schedule?

We do our best to ship out regular retail orders within two business days. If you have preordered a new product, please refer to the original preorder item listing for delivery schedules. Most preorders ship within 4-6 weeks from the last date of the preorder. Once your item ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled. If you have not received one, please check your spam folder as it will often appear there. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship (love) everywhere! ;)

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on destination. Please note that, while we try our best to get your order out as soon as possible, once it’s handed over to the postal service, its up to them to fulfill your order in a timely manner.

Domestic US shipping usually arrives within 2-7 days

International Orders (including Canada) typically take 2-4 weeks

 

It has been 4 weeks and my order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

How do I locate my tracking number?

You can find the tracking number for all orders in your shipping notification email. If you have not received one, please check your spam folder as emails will often appear there.

 

What is your return policy?

You can return an item for store credit only within 30 days of having received it. Anything you return needs to be in re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). In the rare occurrence that something odd happens to your item, just email us at shareloveeverywhere@gmail.com and we will make it right!

 

What is a Love Everywhere Ambassador?

An ambassador to Love Everywhere is someone who is oozing with kindness and creates stellar photographic content for us in exchange for free encouragement cards and occasionally products from our store.

 

Do I have to be a Love Everywhere Ambassador to participate with the cards?

Anyone can join our mission to #shareloveeverywhere! With every order, you’ll receive a free pack of our signature Love Everywhere cards, and we offer bulk packs of cards for sale in our shop as well. We love to repost your amazing work when you share your cards on social media, so be sure to tag us in all your pics!

 

How do I become a Love Everywhere Ambassador?

We accept new ambassadors once a year (in January) Please join our mailing list and follow us on Instagram to stay up to date on when applications are open.

 

Do you offer bulk orders for special events?

Do you accept artist submissions?

We love to get submissions! Please send a short bio, a link to your website and a link to your Instagram to shareloveeverywhere@gmail.com. While we thoughtfully consider every submission, please note that we receive a high volume of submissions and are not always able to get back to everyone individually.

 

What is an artist submission?

An artist submission is a request for Love Everywhere to collaborate with you on designs and release your work. If you are interested in submitting your work, please see the above information about how to apply.

 

I own a store and would like to stock Love Everywhere, who do I contact?

Wholesale is offered on limited items. Please email shareloveeverywhere@gmail.com with your store info and what you’d like to carry and we'll get back to you soon.

 

Can you make custom products for my brand or event?

We can! We make custom products and gifts for all sorts of brands and events and we'd love to work with you! Please email Ashley at shareloveeverywhere@gmail.com to get more information.

 

What is a custom order?

A custom order is a request for Love Everywhere to create your design on a product. We will not release it or sell it on our site, we will simply create the product for you. Please note that we require your completed designs in order to create custom pins. Minimum order quantities start at 50 pieces. If you are interested in having Love Everywhere create something for you, please email shareloveeverywhere@gmail.com
