WHAT’S THE LOVE EVERYWHERE GENERAL STORE?

The General Store is our crowd funding platform for new products, as well as a place to partner with other makers and collaborate on specific products to support the mission of the Love Everywhere project.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We design a new product and release it once a month in our General Store for crowd funding, and as a means to support the Love Everywhere encouragement project. Customers then have 2 weeks to pre-order the products. Products that reach their funding goal are manufactured and delivered!

 

WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE?

By participating in the General Store, you get to help bring Love Everywhere designs to life, while supporting the original vision of spreading kind words all over the world (Free pack of 10 Love Everywhere cards ships with every purchase!). You also get to lock in pre-sale discounts that average 20%. There is the chance that products sell out in the crowd fund period as well, so participating can guarantee that you get your item.

 

WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE FUNDING TERM PER PRODUCT?

A product’s funding campaign typically lasts about 2 weeks. 

 

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

With every General Store product, we include an estimated shipping date, typically 6-8 weeks. However, difficulties in manufacturing can arise and we'll be in touch as soon as we can to update you if our original estimate is incorrect.

 

WHEN AM I ACTUALLY BILLED?

We'll charge your card upon checkout.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT DOESN'T REACH ITS GOAL?

Products almost always reach their funding goal. In the rare event a General Store product does not, we'll be in touch to let you know if we decide to make the products anyhow or to provide you a full refund.

 

CAN I JUST WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE AVAILABLE RETAIL? 

Of course! You just won't be able to lock in pre-sale pricing, and there is a chance it may sell out.  

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can return an item for store credit only within 30 days of having received it. Anything you return needs to be in re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). In the rare occurrence that something odd happens to your item, just email us and we will make it right!
